The model represents a Skyraider AEW of 849 Squadron ``A'' Flight, HMS Eagle, early 1956.

• It was built using the 1/48 scale AMT kit with cowl, prop, windscreen and landing gear replaced with parts from Monogram AD-6.
• Wings were cut and folded.
• Painted with Compucolour enamel.
• Kit decals were used with some modification and sealed with a coat of Future.
